Online qualitative narrated sessions enable you to see and hear exactly how people use a website or app. Through user’s real-time interactions we can give precise and detailed feedback on which aspects are most and least effective. Users explore the website or app and perform a variety of tasks (either specific or open-ended and exploratory).
They then narrate their thought process as they complete the tasks. The user’s session is recorded at the same time as their commentary so the two can be played back in sync. We can then provide a real-time view of how users interact with the website or app, when they choose to click/tap and how easy they find it to navigate etc. This type of testing allows you to hear first-hand the pleasant surprises (or constant frustrations) that a website or app presents.
