Friday Insights: Watch your tone… take 2!

After our recent desk research around accents in adverts provoked a lot of debate in the office, and as we know accents have a clear link to perceptions of content, we decided we would put some ads featuring strong accents to the test. We used our panel, Panelbase, to speak to a sample of 800 UK adults to test out two ads with strong Northern accents – one featuring an accent from our North East homeland and another from Yorkshire.

Although we have a long list of our own questions (we’re a curious bunch), we’d love to hear your ideas for future topics!
