DRG (Dipsticks Research Group) appoints Alex Hunter as Research Director
3 May 2018
Alex Hunter has joined DRG (Dipsticks Research Group) as Research Director, having spent over ten years in research, insight & strategy within agencies such as Publicis and M&C Saatchi, as well as client roles at Asda and Betty & Taylors Group.
That decade of experience has given Alex a deep commercial understanding of many sectors including retail, FMCG, media and financial services. Combine that with a flair for strategic planning, consumer insights, quantitative research & product marketing, and it’s clear how valuable his recommendations have been for a number of clients at board level in several blue-chip businesses.
His research & insight work has taken him all over the world; he’s worked with some of the biggest international brands (BP, Nestle, BAT, Diageo) as well as smaller family businesses (Booths, Bettys & Taylors) and the public sector. Alex’s passion is for delivering actionable, strategic projects which enable change and provide answers to fundamental challenges.
Managing Director, Ivor Knox, says: “I’m delighted to welcome Alex to the DRG team. It’s an exciting time in the growth of DRG and Alex brings a wealth of experience and expertise that can only be a benefit to our plans for the future.”
