The research was conducted during in-school visits to 7 primary and 4 secondary schools in the North East and data was collected using self completion questionnaires pre and post the delivery of a Change4Life play. In total 330 questionnaires were completed and processed by Public Knowledge both pre and post the campaign. Research also included general observations in-school and conversions with the cast, children and teachers after the play.
The research findings indicated that the play had an important effect on children, encouraging them to be more active and change their eating habits.
