Lauren joined DRG in November 2016 as our HR Administrator to expand and support our HR department. Having previously worked in the education, employment and the recruitment industry, Lauren has an extensive background which has allowed her to introduce and adapt our current policies, procedures and systems which have helped streamline the business.

As an HR administrator Lauren is very approachable and handles general administration and ad-hoc duties along with employee communications, recruitment and business support ensuring maximum confidentiality at all times.
